Our History
HPMC Assets Holding was founded on the conviction that significant private wealth deserves a different kind of institution — one free from the conflicts inherent in large financial conglomerates, and structured to serve principals across generations rather than quarters.
The firm is domiciled in the Dubai International Financial Centre, one of the world's foremost international financial hubs. The DIFC operates under its own independent legal and regulatory framework — English common law-based, internationally recognised, and administered by an independent regulatory authority. This structure provides our clients with the legal certainty, regulatory rigour, and institutional credibility they require.
Today, HPMC Assets Holding serves a select group of families, foundations, and private institutions across multiple jurisdictions. We remain privately held, independent, and deliberately limited in the number of client relationships we accept.
